IAC Global was founded by Captain Paul Moxham, whose distinguished 27-year career with Qantas—including roles as Senior Check Captain B747 and Master Navigator—established the rigorous operational standards that define our firm. A graduate of the No. 1 Course Airline Pilot Training Scheme, Paul’s vision of connecting the world’s best pilots with elite carriers remains the cornerstone of our global operation. His legacy of excellence continues to guide our commitment to the highest safety and professional benchmarks in the aviation industry.
Executive Leadership
Jim Morris
Chief Executive Officer
Jim has been with IAC since 1996 and brings an unparalleled depth of experience in the aviation industry within the Pacific Basin and worldwide. Prior to joining IAC Global, Jim served with Air New Zealand’s Flight Operations and Training Department for 28 years. As ANZ’s Contracts Training Manager and Flight Operations Lease Manager, he was responsible for marketing, securing, and contracting training facilities and crews. Jim has led numerous government trade delegations to Vietnam, India, and China, cementing IAC’s reputation for global strategic planning.
Tara Moxham-Jarvis, BEc
Managing Director
With over 20 years at IAC, Tara oversees all facets of the operation, from recruitment and finance to contract negotiation. She is responsible for the firm’s international economic monitoring and forecasting. Prior to leading IAC, Tara earned a degree in Economics from the University of New England and managed corporate affairs for major international consultancy firms in London and Edinburgh. She ensures IAC Global remains a “safe pair of hands” for our global airline partners.
Aaron Mannion
Manager Operations
Aaron manages IAC’s day-to-day operations. For over a decade, Aaron worked at the University of Melbourne as a lecturer and project leader within the publishing and communications space. After moving to northern NSW, he went on to found and operate a successful agri-services and exploration business. Drawing on his communication and critical thinking skills, Aaron ensures our daily operations and stakeholder management meet the high technical standards required in the aviation industry.
Rebecca Fowler, BCom CA
Manager Finance
Rebecca is a Chartered Accountant who joined IAC Global in 2000. Following several years at a major accounting firm and working across Europe, she now manages the financial side of our global business. She handles the specific cross-border requirements involved in international aircraft leasing and recruitment and is the primary point of contact for the Group’s financial matters.
