This commuting contract offers a market-leading balance of professional growth and high-end compensation.
- The Commuting Package:
- Travel: Air Japan provides confirmed economy or business class tickets on ANA-operated flights for commuting between Japan and your home domicile.
- Commuting Support: A $2,000 USD monthly allowance is available for those who choose to book their own travel.
- Time at Home: 10 consecutive days off at your home domicile every month, plus additional travel days.
- Compensation:
- Starting Salary: Monthly salary (70 hours credit) starts at $7,680 USD in Year 1.
- Guaranteed Growth: Annual salary increases reach $10,110 USD by Year 5.
- Annual Bonus: An annual incentive bonus targeted at $13,500 USD.
- Completion Bonus: A $18,000 USD lump sum payment upon completion of your 5-year term.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- 3,000 hours Total Flight Time.
- 500 hours experience on commercial jet aircraft.
- Command Rating: Must hold a command rating on multi-crew cockpit aircraft.
- Licensing: Hold a current and valid ATPL (including a radio license) or equivalent, valid for at least six months after the start of training, and acceptable for validation by the JCAB.
- Type Rating: Must hold a type rating on commercial jet transport aircraft.
- English Proficiency: Valid Aviation English certificate (Grade 4 or above) issued by an ICAO member state.
- Medical: Must pass an Air Japan Company medical examination to JCAB Class 1 standards.
- Assignment Period: Must be able to complete the full 60-month (5-year) assignment period.
- Clean Record: No history of flight accidents or criminal record.
