• The Commuting Package:
  • Premium Travel: Air Japan provides confirmed Business Class tickets on ANA-operated flights for commuting to your home domicile.
  • Commuting Allowance: A $2,000 USD monthly allowance is available for those who prefer to manage their own travel.
  • Reliable Time Off: 10 days off at your home domicile every month, plus additional travel days to ensure your time off is spent at home, not in transit.
• Compensation:
  • Starting Salary: Monthly salary (70 hours credit) starts at $12,670 USD in Year 1.
  • Guaranteed Growth: Your base pay increases annually, reaching $14,290 USD by Year 5.
  • Annual Bonus: A fixed annual bonus of $18,000 USD for each full fiscal year of service.
  • Completion Bonus: A $30,000 USD lump sum payment upon completion of your 5-year term.
  • Training Incentives: Route Training Captains (RTC) earn an additional $50 per hour for flight instruction and up to $100 daily for ground/sim sessions.
