Terms & Conditions

This contract offers a premier balance of high-end earnings and reliable time at home.

  • The Operational Package:
    • Base: Guangzhou (CAN), China.
    • Reliable Time Off: Maximum of 10 continuous calendar days of monthly rest (includes travel).
    • Annual Leave: 1 day per month in Year 1, increasing to 20 days per year from Year 2 onwards.
    • Travel Benefits: 6 fully free tickets and 6 tickets at one-tenth price provided annually for you and your immediate family.
  • Compensation (Net USD):
    • Fixed Monthly Pay: $3,060.00 (Includes Base Salary, Living Allowance, and Comprehensive Allowance).
    • High Hourly Rates: Line Captains earn $221.80 per hour.
    • Annual Safety Incentive: A $7,000.00 annual bonus for achieving 800+ flight hours.
    • Earnings Example: At a 75-hour monthly average, annual net earnings reach $243,340.00.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • Total Flight Time: Minimum 6,000 hours on commercial jet aircraft (excluding simulator time).
  • PIC Jet Experience: Minimum 3,000 hours as PIC on multi-engine, multi-crew commercial jets with MTOW > 50,000kg.
  • Heavy Aircraft Experience: Minimum 1,000 hours as PIC on heavy aircraft (e.g., B777, B787).
  • Licencing: Hold a valid ATPL issued by the CAAC or an ICAO Contracting State.
  • Medical: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate issued by the CAAC or an ICAO State.
  • English Proficiency: ICAO Level 4 or above.
  • Recency: Last flight on type within the past 180 days with a valid Proficiency Check.
  • Clean Record: No Class II incidents in the last 2 years; no Class I incidents in the last year.
  • Eligibility: Applicants must be aged 56 or below (born after 01/01/1969) and hold a passport from a country with diplomatic relations with China.
