ANA subsidiaries Air Japan (AJX) and ANA & Japan Post Express
(AJV) have appointed IAC to provide B767 Captains and First Officers
(typerated and non-typerated). A
As of August 01 2008, the conditions have
been greatly improved.
Note the opportunity for upgrade to Command.
Below is advice received from the airline confirming the numbers
involved todate:
"AJX - 12 First Officers have
been upgraded to captains since the system started in 2005. 1 First
Officer is also in the upgrade training. Most junior upgraded captain:
hired in 2002.
AJV - 1 First Officers has been upgraded
to captain in 2007 and 2 First Officers are in the upgrade training."
